HPR100: Introduction to High Power Rocketry
Course Description:
This one day course is designed for the hobby and mid power flier who would like to know more about the ins
and outs of taking their hobby to the next level. Some of the topics include: construction techniques, running simulations,
using electronics for recovery, understanding the certification process, avoiding common mistakes and
correctly applying for an LEUP.
Course Materials will include:
1. Classroom style lecture with a Powerpoint presentation
2. Student workbook / manual
3. A custom 4" LOC EZ-I65
4. A 3 grain 38mm 390nS rocket motor hardware from Gorilla Motors.
