I've used this design for years, it will accommodate a 1/8th inch to 1/2" and the 1010 rail.
It is tilt able, easy to transport and so strong you can stand on it.

This bad boy comes standard with a two section 12 foot 1515 rail.
It is also hinged so that the rail can be tilted over to load the rocket on the rail, then secured with 1/2" wing nuts.
