In a nutshell, (hey! I'm in a nutshell, how did I get in this bloody nutshell??) I've been doing Model Rocketry on and off from the mid 70's to the early 90's. I got bit by HPR in July of 2001 and did my first mid power flight in August 2001 on a Aerotech F-25W in an Aerotech Initiator.
In October 2001 I got my Level 1 Certification on a 4" Patriot on an Aerotech H123W. February of 2002 I got my Level 2 Cert with a LOC Magnum with the ever popular Aerotech J350W. On October 16th, exactly one year on the anniversary of my Level 1 Cert, I got my Level 3 with a 7.5" AMRAAM on an Aerotech M1315W. You can see that here on YouTube. One month later I started in experimental rocketry.
Yes I'm passionate, yes I'm an addict and still going strong. The shop (aka the garage) is located in Tampa, Florida, a short drive from Tripoli Tampa's newly acquired 625 acre cow-pasture launch site.
You'll find most of the most common things you will ever need right here. LOC, Aerotech, ex supplies, Top Flite, some surplus items and the now famous Blue Tube airframes and couplers, but if you don't see something you need, just ask. I don't list everything on my site!
