Hello Randy, BLUE TUBE RULES THE SKY!!!!!!!!!
I got to fly one of the three days of West Texas Thunder rescheduled launch. I flew my scratch built
Predator 7'2"s tall on the new CTI full K300. The Perfect Flight altimeter beeped out 14,972 feet, full dual deploy recovery about 3/4 miles away. That's a personal record for me. I will get the data analyzed later to calculate the acceleration and velocity curves. It was a perfect flight. 100 +
degrees temp, under 5 miles per hour ground wind, and humidity was under 20 percent.

Randy,
I received the two seal disks. Thanks for following up. I know that in a retail business, things can and do go wrong. It's in the way the ball is picked and handled that customers appreciate. Even though this was just a small purchase, it means as much as a big one. I am still waiting on a purchase I made with another major vendor. With them, I not to impressed. I very much look forward to future purchases with ARR.
Sincerely,
Paul Mazel

The first flight of my rocket (featured on the photo page), the drogue failed to deploy (my fault, not enough contact to the ejection charge) and she came back to earth just under Mach!. Though it was going to be one hell of a lawn dart.
The main eventually deployed at about 20ft. Only damage was a small zipper to the booster section. About 3" - All were amazed at the strength of the tubing,
including some people that work with carbon fiber.
Thanks again for a great product.

I just received my 38mm blue tube today and I was overjoyed! I sat on it, beat it up with a stick, and used it as a baseball bat, I even used it as a lightsaber, and there wasn't a single dent or crack it it!
My rocket kicked the motor out and it lawn darted, the balsa NC rammed itself into the Blue tube, and became a balsa block, but the blue tube was untouched, other than some paint chipped off!
Tough Stuff!

Just wanted to let you know my Predator Jr kit arrived this morning. It's beautiful. I haven't even opened the bag yet - I just want to stare at it.
Blue Tube? I love it.
My first blue tube project was a 29mm min diameter recreation of the old Estes Blue Bird Zero. The nose cone separated with the the laundry, and the main came in
ballistic. I ended up with a ~12" core sample. NO DAMAGE TO THE TUBE! Dug out the sod/dirt/mud, reattached the nose and laundry, and it's ready to fly again. I'm not aware of any other un-reinforced paper based tube that would have even survived that kind of flight.

That’s some seriously stout tubing. I should have ordered 3 more and used them for
jack stands on my car!
Thanks!!

Hi Randy,
I received the 75 mm set today. Not much you can say but this has to be the purtiest motor set I have ever seen (must be because it's mine). Thanks again for top notch products and great service.

Thanks for the quick reply! I hate to be a complainer - its not in my nature. I just hated to put the work into the project and it turn out sub par. I believe your product has lots of potential - it fills the gap between cardboard tubes and fiberglass. Personally, I do not like the process of fiberglassing a tube (but love the end result). Thanks for offering to replace the tube - that is great customer service. Thanks again for replacing the tube - AAR gets an A+.

Randall,
I just wanted to take a moment and commend you for your business decision to go with the cost and delay required to give the inner wrap of 2.0 a new designation to call out the change to your dealers and customers. I have been in manufacturing for over 15 years and this is the kind of decision that you are faced with from time to time when there is a production change. There are always points to be considered. Does it matter? Will anyone really care? Is it worth the cost and potential hassle of a delay? The fact that you took the more expensive and potentially hazardous road shows me you are interested in "doing the right thing". That is one of the business principles we have always followed and in this instance it shows that you understand one of the others we hold dear. In manufacturing, you need to remember that someone has to be the "guardian of the consumer", usually the QC manager. Since you wear all the hats, it falls to you.
It's nice to see a vendor who is dedicated to good business principles and I believe this will serve you well and lead to great success for you in the future. I have dealt with most of the major vendors in high power over the 17 years I have been in the hobby. Since for many of them, as yourself, it is not their primary livelihood, most folks take the easy way out in a situation like this. The fact that you did not speaks to your character and likely also to that of your parents as well. The Golden Rule works just as well in business as it does in other parts of life. I know this seems like a simple thing to most folks, but often, simple things mean a lot.
Take care,

I have found that working with Blue Tube air frames are far easier than anything else I have tried, and it produces a better finished product. Putting the final finish on the blue predator took 10 percent of the time needed on the 90 inch dynawind rocket that I intend to use for Level I certification. The predator 10K that I will use for Level II has a Porcelain finish that I can not get from anything else. The craftsman I consulted said quality paint adheres to the Blue Tube better than the other products.

Everything I have is Blue Tube! I had a friend who's 38mm Blue Tube Rocket lawn darted and it was a foot into the ground and it was undamaged!

Got home for lunch today and the 5.5 tubes look great! I like them much better than either the Red Arrow or the LOC ones I'm used to. They look awesome! They are not brittle at all and I love the 24" couplers!

I have been using both your 38 and 54mm Aerotech compatible casting tubes and liners for several months now. They work exceptionally well and represent a very welcome cost reduction over traditional black phenolic motor liners. Thanks for your foresight in putting these products on the market.

Got the tubes and I'm very happy. Great quality and heavy duty stuff, awesome!
I almost hate to use 'em in a motor that's just gonna burn them up. I think I'll mount one over the fireplace to be enjoyed by the whole family!
