Here are some helpful construction photos detailing the proper way to assemble the fin can. If you do it this way vs. just gluing the fins through the slot, this will be extraordinarily stronger.

Cut the bottom of the slot out.

Glue the bottom centering ring in place.

Tack the fins in place one at a time to the motor tube being careful to not get any on the airframe.

Slide the fin can out.

Glue the top centering ring in place so it sits on top of the fins.

Epoxy the crap out of it. (OK maybe not this much) :-)

Don't forget to attach your eyebolt!
